I've been a lurker for a while but decided to sign up today since it's time to actually get going and put a program in motion.
A little about myself...I'm in my late 30s, with a naturally athletic build, only a couple of extra KG on my frame and I work from home.Just moved out of the big city down to the beach for the first time in my life and with it some other big changes. I just gave up a 1.5 pack a day 20 year smoking habit exactly 24 days ago and have started some light running (4km) twice a day when possible. I've used lots of drugs over the years as well but that's in the rear view mirror now, I'm very committed to a completely healthy lifestyle. Until about a year ago porn was also part of my daily sexual diet and I'd masturbate 2x a day on average.
A few years ago I noticed a weakening in the strength of my erections and overall slide in sex drive. Going back and getting high would take care of things but those days are over. Right now I'm sneaking 10mg of Cialis on occasion which help the erection but I think more than anything give me a little more confidence with my gf but I really want to end that cycle.
There are some mental and physical issues to overcome but my mindset is definitely right and I'm looking to (in order of priority):
1. Rebuild my natural sex drive and regain my stamina
2. Strengthen my erections
3. Increase my size
I've done some reading and I'm thinking that for starters this might be a good way for me to begin:
1. JP 90 Day routine
2. Get a Bathmate or Vacutech
3. Take the 5G supplements
I'd really appreciate any guidance that you can offer, especially when it comes to any devices that I might want to get since I'm in the luxurious position of working from home all day alone and can leave something in place for hours.
