    How's it going everyone, I've been lurking around the forums and finally decided to join after realizing I'm not the only one. I'm here because I want to fix my PE and basically everything for a good sex life lol. When I was younger (16-18) I used to watch porn all the time like any other teen and masterbate and didn't realize the effect it would have on me later. I now have PE and can't last at all, and feel as if it is mental for me. I do try to edge but I can't get it up through imagination, so I'm guessing thats ED but when I'm with my girlfriend, I can get aroused very quickly even if we're just laying together. It's like I hit a 9 before we do anything then when we finally do something I'm already at PONR because I'm so aroused. So, I'm asking what can I do to exercise my penis so I can actually last and what can I do to be able to not be so aroused around my girlfriend because when I'm alone I can't get an erection at all, but when I'm with her its always there! Thanks guys!

    Start to really work on your kegels, and edging, so that you build up the ability to resist, and to slightly desensitize your PONR.

        Thanks for the feedback guys! Except how am I supposed to edge if I can't produce an erection on command?? By the way haven't watched porn in a year so yeah

          Start with getting back your erection quality (EQ) while on your own. Work those kegels to improve blood flow and control, and lay off masturbation as much as possible till EQ comes back with any stimulation, not just when you are with your significant other.

            Kicking porn was a major first step. Now you have to undo the damage it did. Focus on EQ and PIs and let them be your guide to getting back what you've lost. Joint-Expansion is right on when telling you to work on Kegels. From all I've read on this extensive site, that will be an important path for you to get back to wellness and a healthier unit...one that responds like it used to. Stay far away from porn! This will help encourage you to do that. A well-written article...
