    Hi, I decided to now join the forums in case I have any questions regarding new workouts and routines (currently having consistent gains right now, so that may not be for awhile), and to give my advice based off personal experience.

    I started PE in January 2011 with about 5.9 BPEL (NBPEL was around 5.5) and 5.2 MEG, I started with the JP 90 day routine and made minimal gains, after those 90 days however I quit PE seeing only a size increase to 6.0 BPEL and 5.3 MEG I didn't really see it as worth my time back then. I kept those gains until my next time to pick PE back up at around March 2012 and did PE consistently until about early September 2012 following a simple routine similar to JP 90 just doing some light stretches and more focused on jelqing. I finished with about 6.7 BPEL 6.2 NBPEL and 5.5 MEG, I forget why I quit here but for some reason I have always been skeptical about PE and even still am somewhat to this day (although I have had obvious gains). I spent September slowly lightening down my routine to cement my gains and none of them went away. In February of 2013 I found myself with a lot of freetime so I decided to try it again just to pass time (I found it more productive than watching TV and such), by June I was becoming pretty busy and didn't have much time at all to jelq and stopped at about 7 BPEL and 5.5 MEG. After a few months I decided to measure my self and realized I feel down to about 6.8 BPEL but still 6.5 MEG, so I decided I have to continue doing PE and than cement my gains when I am truly happy with my size.

    So, during October I decided to pick up PE again and be as dedicated as I could be, I started a new routine which is just warming up stretchs in all directions (BTC too) and circular stretchs then Jelqing. I slowly increased the time of both the time spent holding the stretchs and the Jelqing and I realize I was seeing gains and QUICK! As of now I am at 7.4 BPEL 6.8 NBPEL and 5.75 MEG (about a 4 inch flaccid). Considering I have gained .6 inchs in length and .25 inchs in girth in 2 months I WILL CONTINUE THIS ROUTINE! (I hope the gains don't stop coming quickly with this routine) I do one day on one day off, but on the off days I do light stretching multiple times throughout the day. I refrain from masturbating and only ejaculate when I'm with my partner about once a week. I also don't do edging and I am only doing reverse kegels right now as I have been having uncontrollable kegels from overdoing kegels in the past.

    However with my current size I am still very far from my goals, when I first started my long term goal was to reach 7 inch NBPEL and increase my girth, I am very close to achieving this goal today. I still however feel that I am not the size I want to be down there and have since reevalutaed my goals. Today my goals are:
    Short Term Goal (By January 2014): 7 inch NBPEL
    Mid length goal(By May 2014): 7.75 inch BPEL
    Long Term Goal (August 2014): 8 Inch BPEL and 6 inch MEG
    Ultimate Goal (Thor's Hammer) (October 2015): 9 Inch BPEL 6.5 MEG and 6 inch flaccid
    I may go for 9 Inch NBPEL and 7 inch MEG Instead but I am not sure yet.

    I really hope I can continue to make gains and don't reach a plateau but at the recent growth I have I feel optimistic that even if my growth slows down I may be able to reach my goals in a few years. I don't get bummed out or try my best to avoid missing a day of workout, if I am too busy so what I won't half ass a routine just to make me get it in through the day. I would rather have the extra day of rest so I don't have to worry as much about if I am not having enough time to grow.

    I really hope I can get more specific feedback from members from joining the forum and also give my advice to aspiring PEers. So once again Hello.

    Great gains. Just wondering in the first paragraph it said 6.5 MEG, did you mean to write 5.5 or you actually gained an inch in girth and then lost it and now trying to regain it? Good goal bro, I'm hoping to get to 9 BPEL by June 30, 2014.

    I meant to put 5.5, thanks for pointing that out. My initial goal was just 7 inch NBPEL but now that I am almost there I realize that I truly want more.
