Hey whats up everyone, just a quick bit about myself, I've been pretty much looking into this site and topic for what must be about 5 years now. I've done some pe exercises on off several times now but I'm finally deciding to take it seriously and I hope the I can learn a lot from you guys, and hopefully it will be a rewarding experience.

Welcome back to the Gym. I'm hooked and loving PE...can't imagine giving this up in light of all the benefits. I think the big thing for you is to just be serious, stay safe, and don't let up. Keep at it and you'll realize the gains you'd like to see you. I am amazed at how well I have done since I joined the gym. I love PEGym and the great folks here on the forums.
