    Hello everyone,

    My name is Victor. In celebration of my 18th birthday I've decided to dedicate myself to strengthening and enlarging my penis. I've read a lot of informative material here on PEGym, and I hope to be able to apply what I've learned and have it benefit me.

    Welcome! Continue reading and researching. Find a beginner program and stay consistent during that period. Also, read closely how to measure to get accurate results. Good luck

    I second Bnip's advice, this thread offers a great start, I recommend you give it a good read if yo haven't already done so, the safety threads listed within are priceless!

    Also note that having a healthy penis IS the reward of PE with bonus being an increase of size!

    Don't forget to read through the Woman's Perspective and the Relationships sub-forums, for getting a better outlook on sexuality and relationships!

    Hello Victor and welcome to PeGym forums I'm glad that you decided to start PE.

    If I only knew about this forum when I was 18

    I only found out about this forum at age of 20.

    Make sure you research as much as you can since you want to stay safe and not get injured.

    Learning how to do each exercise is important and don't be afraid to ask question on beginner section
