Hello all! I am very happy to be here and look forward to reading everything that is posted! I am 27 years old and am very glad that I found this site as I have recently taken up an interest in bettering myself and seeing what is possible. I have been curious, since I was very young, if it was possible to be bigger than what I was born with and now I finally have the time and dedication required to making things happen. I have read all the post stating it works and just as many stating that it doesn't so I decided this is something I will simply have to figure out on my own!
I am completely new to all of this and have read everything I could about how to start working out and what not to do. Because of informative posts, I think I have a decent understanding on how the process works, that it is by no means fast, and that I need to make a plan and stick to it while paying attention to my bodies feedback as not to hurt myself!
I plan on starting with manual exercising only for a few weeks and only just two or three sessions a week for around 20-30 mins and will go from there. I did end up buying a Bathmate pump ( which is advertised ALL OVER this site ) because the science behind pumps resembles that of manual work and I have always been curious about pumps. The Bathmate seems to be one of the more highly regarded pumps and many seems to like it, while it seems just as many do not.
Other than manual work and the pump I am not planning on using anything else to gain unless it truly would be beneficial. I realize that there are many threads started under this subject everyday, but if you happen to read this and have time please take a moment to let me know anything you may think I could use. Insider tips on manual work? Tricks to using the Bathmate? Something that has to be done because of the results it gives? A great beginner plan? Anything that you take the time to send to me, I will take the time to read, review, research, and try!
Thank you all for your time and I hope I can be another success story as it seems so many of you are!

I'm starting out as well, and am doing JP's 90 Day Beginner routine. It comes very highly recommended. Consistency is key.

Hello RRyan, and welcome to the Gym.
Sounds like you've done some reading, and that's a great start. If you haven't already given it a read through, take a look at the beginners thread START HERE! It has a lot of useful info to get you started.
I think you've got the right idea with your starting times and days. You probably want to hold off on using the pump at least until after your 90 day conditioning period. It just may be too much to start out with.
Good to have you with us, and good luck!Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Still working the routine? I am starting to love doing this! Nothing like training and also prepping for sex at the same time! I ordered a Bathmate pump as well and added it to the routine. I will say that the pump, with slight modification in use and a few other key items, is a valuable asset! I use it before and after a routine to warm up and down and improve my size as well. If anyone is looking into the Bathmate let me know as I have some things to tell you about!
