i have been jelqing for about a month and i was 5.5 but now im 5 inchs erect.
i dont jelq hard or flacid but i was wondering is everyone doing something im not, wasnt a member as i was just reading other peoples starters... but losing lenght dramatically

any ideas?

i dont smoke or drink, and mainly eat healthy, + bike to work mondays and fridays due to traffic, and i did monday to friday and had sat and sun off.
just dont know where im going wrong

You sure you measured the exact same way when you measured 5.5" and 5"? (Even though 0.5" is pretty huge)

i measure from the head down to the base and then base to the head, and i got the same both ways

All measurements need to be Bone Pressed, for consistency and accuracy reasons. But I agree with everyone else, there is no way you lost 1/2 inch in a month. That doesn't make sense. It is either a temporary EQ issue and/or measuring error.

i don't go by how many i go by how long its for and its normally set of 2 - 15 minutes
so get a fixed ruler and measure with it on my pelvis
