Hi there, Ive been looking around the forum after buying a extender when i was looking for advice. Then got stuck into reading the rest!
Im 31, from the uk, never too bovered about erect length or girth, but always wanted longer softy! Iam a bit disabled, and on a few meds, I dont go to the gym and my fitness is pretty bad lately! So now is the time to get a little more serious about my EQ. Some of the meds have a neg effect on that.
Ive had a pump for few years I use on and off, it was a cheapy but I just replaced the actual pump with a trigger version and the base with a bigger one and its made it a lot more fun.
The extender I just got yesterday, its a cheap one £49 pro edge extender, so far my thoughts are... if I stick to using it for couple months then I will have to replace with a better one! Quality as expected is not great, the noose constantly slips out the holes which then parts company with my member. its also almost impossible to adjust the length of the rods or tension when its on! using pliers and mull grips next to my best friend isnt fun!
Im not going to be able to do much with the manual stretching, but heres my plan for starting.
I have not measured properly yet, will once I pick up a tape!
approx 3.5" to 4" flacid which is the main thing I want to change, I did go into it a bit quick last night trying to stretch for 5 hours as far as i could the first time, there was no pain and to be honest I dont think my extender is capable of holding any real tension or length before flying off! However, today Im sure its looking healthier! prob wishfull thinking..
anyway. the plan!
warm up with hot bath
stretch
10 min pump
then jelqs for 5-10mins
stretch
then extender, I have to start on the lowest section to get it on, trying to turn the bars til its at max over a hour, then i can struggle with the thing for 10 mins adding two small bars, trying to keep it on for another hour (there isnt any pain at all, dont really feel like a stretch either)
then for the last hour i try extend the bars as much as i can before it loses the plot again.
Did find using a plastic food bag clampy thing on the other side of the silicon strap helps keep it on, the sponge thing was too awkward even after cutting to use, keeping enough blood in the gland was causing issues too!
when it was stretched full it was a bit over 7" i guess. Instructions for it were terrible not much more then put together, fit, enjoy supper strong long dong in no time!
Tonight, Im going to do same other then the extender, Im going to do what everyone says, just use it light for hour, then bit more for second hour.
will repeat for 3rd day, then two days off, do the same for 4 days, 2 off, 5 days 2 off then stick with that. Hopefully by then i will of got it to work better or thrown it at the dog and got another! I dont know how Im going to get a good stretch from it when at best with the tension supposedly turned right out they still showed about 1000g force not the 1400g its ment to go to, I cant really feel anything with the two original bars (you cant change) plus the two smaller bars, and adjusted out about a inch, plus the tension turned up (which i dont think does anything).
So, if anyone has the same extender with any advice, or where I can get parts for it like the "comfort" strap maybe that doesn't cost a fortune let me know!
Im going to try some supplements in couple weeks as talked about on here, the 5 herbs, and drink more green tea (bleh) Ive been doing more of the other things i cant remember what you call them, flexing the muscle thingy, very technical me!

Forgot to add, Im going to aim to wear extender upto 10 hours after time. and target would be 7"fbp.

I would suggest that you would get Phalossan extender after your current one since it is boner friendly and you can sleep with it on
