    Now that I'm no longer in my 20's-30's (early 40's) I see my soldier getting shorter & tired.

    20's and 185-195 6"EL & could have sex all night.
    30's and 195-215 5.5" & could bang it out mostly.
    40's and 220 5" & sometimes can't finish.

    BPEL 5.9"
    EL 5"
    MEG 4.75" That's what I have now.

    Goal
    BPEL 6.5"
    EL 6"
    MEG 5" Just want a legit 6.

    Plus to get my stamina back up with exercise of self/weight loss/ PE & Meca/Horny Goat.
    I really think I'll get the best gains from weight loss, but PE is going to take me over the top!

    It is really nice thing to see that you want to do more besides PE since exercising and loosing the so called '' fat pad'' makes your penis more visible.

    For erection kegels are really good exercise that is pretty easy one:Kegels for Men | PEGym

    There are many things that you can improve with in PE. Personally I have gained almost an inch with in 3 months, my erections are much better and my penis is thicker

    I guess this is the perfect time to start PE in your case since your in that age range when people start to rely on viagra.

    I am in my 40's as well but I don't really suffer that issue. But I can tell you this, your weight plays a crucial role on blood flow altogether where fat cells can store even in veins. Change what and how you eat, and if you don't exercise then start even if it is talking a hour walk on leisure time, bro.
    You can start PE but you need also address what could be keeping your penis from arriving at 90-100% erection level. Unless, you are gaining from pumping iron, then you have an issue.

    I'm so pumped (pun intended) to find this forum. Thanks for the advice. I don't want to rely on Viagra so I'm addressing all my issues. Started using L-Arginine 500mg & Maca 1500mg daily.

    Yesterday had sex twice with a fully & my unit didn't shrivel up afterwards but stayed nice and plump...even if it as the placebo effect, I'm a believer!

    Nice to see that your excited about PE but I will advice to read a lot since you want to train safely and know how to do each exercise correctly.

    When you start a routine stick to it and watch closely how your body reacts to it.

    Watching your negative physilogical indicators is one of the most important things to avoid overtraining.

    Doing a light warm up stretch, 3 sets of light jelqs, and a whole bunch of kegels.

    In it for the long haul so no need to break my dick!!!
