    I have been doing penis exercises for almost 6 months now with the information on here and I finally made an account. I have seen some improvement over this 6 months, though not what I expected, so now I am putting myself on a routine. My previous exercises consisted of just jelqing and Ulis with a warmup of simple stretches but recently I started doing jelqing ulis's, v-jelqs, and a warming up with the flaccid bend. With this, I gained one inch in length and ~.5 inch girth and also it has shaped my penis from being flatter to a more cylindrical shape. I'm very glad I found out about this site as it has helped me with everything.

    So you gained an inch in length and a half inch in girth and this wasn't quite what you expected? That sounds freakin fantastic to me! He'll, I've been doing this for 18 months and I've gained 7/8 inch in length and zero girth! Anyway, welcome and good luck!

    I'm very happy for the gains, don't get me wrong I just thought six months would have prospered more. But hey, not everyone can get as good as gains as some can so I should just be thankful!

    Dont let the administrators intimidate you. For the most part they are friendly, helpful, and harmless.

    Congratulations on your great gains and don't get over anxious to increase your size.PE is normally a slow process, I have been at it for four years and have gained about .85" in length and girth. Remember, over aggression results in injury. Play it safe and you will be a winner.

    Welcome to the gym!

    I would suggest that you make a log to track your workouts into the progress forum since it is a easy way to track your workouts and get advice

    Make sure you also do your kegels.

    Do your normal kegels and reverse kegels for pelvic floor balance
