hey fellas, glad i found this website. i've looked around and you guys seem very helpful and understanding.
so my story is...i've never had any problems with anything sex related, nor any complaints from any girl i've been with. the only problem is the weight of over-self-consciousness that i put on myself: my E.L. is 5'' exacly, and...not that it's small...but that's what i think of it. i'm good at foreplay, and that is, i think, half of the reason why i never had a problem satisfying women. but i want to be able to go in, and not be worried as to whether she's gonna think my penis is tiny; or be able to really make my sexual partner exhausted and make her scream (in a good way of course)! yes, yes...my image of COMPLETELY satisfying a woman sexually is practically the same one that comes from porno...and i mean...probably not the only one here who thinks it that way.
so with a new year, comes a new goal: reach at least 6'' by June!
i've had a penis extender for quite some time, but i've always let it go after a month of using it. now...i picked it up again after new year's. about 4 hours a day...but then came to doubt as to whether use the extender...or do penis exercises instead. i think, by frequenting this forum and be surrounded by people who motivate and aren't afraid of helping in such a sensible subject, i can make penis exercising a habit. but the problem is not even that: i am a very busy guy. my daily routine is pretty much: cooking for every meal...i have usually 4 meals a day with 2 plates of food in each meal (that's 8 meals). that's pretty much a full hour of cooking, if not more. then...i work out for more than an hour 5 days a week. and i go play soccer at night for about two hours. plus...i'm on break now, and when college starts in february, i'm gonna be even busier! so i'm not worried whether i'll keep doing my P.E. routine, as much as trying to see if i can incorporate it in my daily life--
so that's my story. i'll ask questions reagarding routines and such in a more appropriate section of the forum.

i suggest you to start with the JP 90 routine, for three month, cheeck it out on this site
then i would buy a VLC tugger or a Phallosan forte, these devices don t cut your circulation and you can wear all day without problem, and you can wore away from home
Then after the first three month of conditioning you can do your manual exercise adding an extender routine ( gradually with hours)
