    Hello members of pegym!

    I already started a log in the log section a couple of minutes ago, but i still wanted to introduce myself to all of you.

    I am on the lowest side of average and I want to go to the high side of average/low side of large.
    That will be my ultimate goal.(More about my goals explained in my log)
    If somebody is interested in my log or want to give me tips/advice, I am very welcome.

    I started working out my penis 2 months ago, with a stretcher and a bathmate, and already saw some gains for which I am very thankful and happy about!
    Then I discovered this forum and saw most people start with the JP90 routine, I might start that one up aswell next to my stretching daily

    Welcome to the Gym.

    You seem to have made a good start. If you haven't already, click on the START HERE BUTTON at the top of the page. Great information on how to get started in a safe and controlled manner. I definitely recommend you start the JP90 routine.

    i will make it a point to check your log to see if I can give you further advice.

        Welcome to the gym bone24!

        You might want to take measurements such as:

        BPEL - Bone pressed erect length
        MEG - Mid erect girth

        Taking these measurements are accurate ways to measure any gains against, there are videos on how to measure these as well as how to perform the exercises correctly which can also be found by clicking start here /\ at the top of the page.

        Pay close attention to those PI's and remember to take rest days.

            I would personally suggest JP 90 since I have done it myself.

            Read the JP 90 thread atleast 2 times since I didn't quite understand everything after the first read as far as how the exercises go.

            Read all the beginner stickys for vital information since you will need it.

            Make sure you stay consistent with your routine no matter what routine you choose and pay close attention to your physiological indicators since they will help you a lot in your journey toward bigger penis.
            Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
            Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
            The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"
