Hello my name is Ruben and first I'd like to say that this site has pretty much changed my life and my perception of it.
I began PEing for about a month in 2012 but then I stopped because I didn't have enough time for it.
But since I met this girl I knew again, I started PEing again since 2 months ago.
So I've been reading much about PEing on the forums and it has helped me alot!
I started 2 months ago and i think my unit was already a bit conditioned because of the earlier work in 2012. I wanted to target girth mainly so my routine consisted of jelqing only. now since 2 weeks my routine looks like this:
- 25-30 mins warm up
- 5 min stretching in al directions (mainly in downward angle -> this has helped my erection angle more straightened out)
- wet jelqing for about 20-25 mins (normal jelq and v jelq + jelqing a bit in all directions, mostly in downward angle)
- some few kegels during jelqing and stretching
- 8-10 mins warm down
- 3 hours after workout: ballooning for about 20 mins (just holding an erection for 20 mins by just making little contact with my unit)
on off days: also ballooning
PS: i pay much attention to PI's (mainly EQ)
So this is my routine with 2days on, 1 off and I have made 0.2 inch in length and 0.5 in girth and that all thanks to you guys! I'm excited for the days to come and hope I can contribute to this website.start (march 2014)

You sound like your on the right track, from a two year break from PE I think it would be necessary to re-condition. Don't forget to start a log!

You have made really nice gains girth wise.
I would advice you to really track and monitor your Physiological indicators since you do not want to walk towards the overtraining road.
