Hello everyone!
I have been lurking around your site for several months now reading all the great information. I decided to give PE a go two weeks ago and have been doing JPs 90 day routine and attempting to use a stretching devise as well. I don't consider myself small but, after being married for many years I can tell it's not doing much for her anymore. I was skeptical about PE but figured what have I got to lose by giving it a shot. After two weeks I have gained .5 inches stretched flaccid length and yesterday while receiving a BJ my wife said I seemed bigger. I can tell my EQ is better than it was so even if I don't reach my size goals I will be happy with the improved EQ. Thanks for all the great information!Starting stats 23 April 2014:

I can say that JP 90 is a really good routine that conditioned me for more advanced exercises.
Make sure that you do not avoid reverse kegels since they are described in the bottom of the JP 90 thread.
I think JP 90 is intense enough and is far more than enough for a beginner and I do not see a reason to add an device to it.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I will put the device aside and just focus on getting the basics mastered. I am trying to figure out how to do the reverse kegals but can't seem to get the feel of it. I suppose it will be like when I first tried to isolate my lats on back day at the gym. Took me a few months to get the feel of the muscle I was trying to target. I'll keep working on it till I get it.

Hardest part for me was to stay fully relax and actually breathe during my reverse kegels.
