Hello everybody, I've been lurking on this site for about a week now and finally decided to signup. I don't just want a longer penis but also a healthy one too. My current NBPEL is measly 4.25" long on a good day, but I like my girth size though which is 5.5" but gets bigger when I very aroused just never measured in those circumstances. I have a fat pad also with is why I'm working out now to get rid of but once its gone I'm guessing I'll be around 4.5". My dream/goal is 6.5" in length and today I've officially JPs 90 Day Routine . I just wanted to know if there was anyone with the same problem and goal out there and what was your results and how long did it take you?
Also, I staying away from all devices just pure hand stuff(pun intended) but the Bathmate has caught my attention, has anyone tried it, what are you thoughts on it?

Welcome to the gym ShyGuy25!
It is a really good thing that you made your mind to join this wonderful forum.
I also commend you on starting to work out since yes your penis becomes more visible when you lower your bf%.
I would advice that you would measure BPEL besides your NBPEL since I feel like BPEL is more consistent one since your NBPEL will vary due to your fat loss.
BPEL means Bone pressed erect length and you can learn how to measure it here:Penis Measuring ? You Don?t Want to Skip It | PEGym
How to Measure NBPEL, Girth and BPEL Video Instructions
Girth wise your above average and JP 90 is a really good beginners program which will condition you for more advanced exercises.
I have completed it and you can see thru my progress journal how each workout should look:https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...s-journal.html
It is a good thing that your planning on sticking with manual exercises I have done so myself.
JP 90 is intense enough for you and I do not think that you will need any device or pump with it. Personally I found that JP 90 was more than enough for me.
Physiological indicators are your best friend it will guide you with healthy penis enlargement without going towards the road of overtraining:Physiological Indicators Are Your Best Friend
Stay dedicated and consistent no matter what routine you will choose in future!
I hope this helped you in some wayStart: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"

Hello ShyGuy25, and welcome to the Gym!
Your goal of 2" is possible, but will take some time, effort, and dedication. Everyone is different, so giving an amount of time will never be accurate.
Best thing to do is make PE a habit, and one that you enjoy. Focus on your health goals, make sure your PI's are good, and stay consistent.
Glad to have you with us ShyGuy. Don't hesitate to get involved here, or ask if you have any questions.
Best of luck, and stay safe!Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Hey ShyGuy!
Welcome to the Gym. You have been given some good advice. Be patient and concentrate on the beginners' routine. The BM seems to get good reviews; however, it is primarily used for girth gains. Manual exercises normally are effective for gaining length.Valued Member of 11+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

Welcome aboard mate
you seem switched on the jp90 is a great starting place for anyone looking to get started
the bathmate is a great tool i been using it for over 6 months now the temp gains are great
but i would say the best thing to do is finish off the JP90 and if your still making gains from that stick with that till they slow down then add more things your girth is already great so focus on the JP90
all the best mate remember to stay safe good luckStart Stats

Fantastic advice from PurpleOnes there!
Welcome to the gym shyguy, you are probably best staying away from devices until you are conditioned. When you are a newbie you get gains from nearly just looking at your dick! So best to start of with low quantity and intensity, and gradually increase it throughout the months ahead.
Think about devices in a few months, if needs be. PurpleOnes has made fantastic gains from manual exercises alone, and so have many many other members. Plus it is free to use your hands
