Thread: Not That New To P.E

So i been doing P.E for about a year now, on & off, my main problem is inconsistency, i follow a program for about a month then as soon as i start seeing results i stop, this has been going on & on over the course of the year, i'm a college student in my prime, i used to have sex maybe 2 or three times a week, but after i lost my girlfriend, i have just been having a lot of performance anxiety i suppose, my unit is quite veiny, i am currently on what i like to call the lazy boy program, i noticed that my unit responds mostly to short and intense pe sessions, same goes for the rest of me, i work out atleast three times a week, exclusively bodyweight though & i do eat right, low cal, high protein.
Sorry if i keep getting sidetracked, what i really want is my unit to get hard & stay hard for as long as possible, my erections, though satisfying to the girls i've been with, are atleast a 7 to me, an 8 at the most, i'm looking to get back my 10 erections.
My current routine is as follows:
3-7 min warm up
stretches in each direction (10-30 sec hold)
horse squeezes 20 seconds each at about a 80% erection level
i finish off by moving my waist side to side to let my unit slap against my thighs for about a good 2 minutes
& i also kegel every other day while performing day to day tasks
3 days on, 2 off
i currently drink green tea on workout days
looking to get some ginko(sp) next month
i would really love a bathmate pump but its way outta my price range
(with me being in southern africa, $1 is equivalent to P10[my currency])
my workouts have yeilded some promising results, i wake up everyday with morning would, which was a relief, i have my night woods and i can stay erect for about a full minute before going down
i joined pegym cuz i want motivation, i just need some tips on how to get the dick i want, im pretty comfortable with my size, sure a little more wouldnt hurt but im mostly concerned with hardness, i tend to lose focus during sex, i tried getting ultra thin condoms, it works somewhat but i feel a lil less sensitive, i dont go completely soft, just, if i was an 8, i'd go back down to a 6, not sure what the issue is, though the problem doesnt really surface when i'm recieving oral
i apologize for the length, i'm just really excited on getting back at it
oh & my erect length & girth are 18cmx13.5cm though on good days i have been known to hit 20x13.8

If your after EQ, I believe kegels/reverse kegels, edging and jelqing may help, but be sure not to overdo it, keep an eye on those PI and get plenty of rest, also I recommend starting a log to help with motivation.

You will just have to stick to your PE program if you want results.
I would advice you to up the warming up and add warming down.
Do each for 8-10 minutes.
What warm up method do you use?
I have personally tried using wet towels but it was a pain in the ass. Currently using heating pad and it is so much better while spreading heat well.
Keep a close eye on your PI's after your workouts so you will not overtrain.

Thanks for all the tips guys, & PurpleOnes, I usually use wet towels, but some times I just tuck my junk under my balls & sorta sit on it while in hot water, it actually feels a lot better, more warmed up & yeah, I may start a log soon, could help. & thanks again to everyone else
