I'm new to all of this but here is my pretty boring story.
I'm not sexually active. Never have been. So needless to say I never knew where I stood in terms of size. I always felt small and a botched circumcision which left the head of my penis looking severed and somewhat mutilated, I never stood a chance at the dating pool. Who wants a guy with a small and mutilated dick?
A couple interesting things happened last week. I found a "size queen" online looking to suck dick, no strings attached. I sent her a shot of my penis and she loved it. Really? The prostitute tried to put on a trojan. Nope. She tried a trojan XL. Nope. She tried something called a skyne? Tight fit but it was the only thing that worked (somewhat). After these interesting events, I went home and PROPERLY measured my penis.
7.15" length and 6" girth base, 5.5" midshaft. I'm 5"x4.5" flaccid.
But that size queen from earlier....she was super fucking hot and she jump started my interest in getting my dick bigger. She said she just got super turned on by big dicks and that she sucked off a guy that was 8.5" even though he was a jerk. I don't know if I'm fucked up in the head or something but now I really really want an 8" dick.
And that's why I'm here! Hopefully I'll be around 8.25" in a year.

When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, your goals are realistic, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, start a log in the progress forum to track your progress and get feedback, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.
I recommend following a manual beginner's routine, most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload, as you need to condition your penis first!
Learn to listen to your penis, your PIs are his way of communicating with you, to let you know if you are on the right track or doing too much, pay attention to what he has to say!

Thanks! I'm taking it very very slow at the moment and have noticed significant growth in flaccid size. I don't have a problem with premature ejaculation though, I actually have a problem ejaculating at all due to all the masturbating I do

You're not messed up in the head. Maybe just misled on what is actually big, but a lot of guys are. One of the great things this forum does is help us understand what the stats really are, and to accept them.
But, if more is what you want, then PE is the way to do it. A safe and steady routine, lots of patience, and a bit of effort. Read all you can, and stay safe.
