  • How to get started.

    Hi, im 18 years old and i think i lack in the penis department, or at-least im rather very self-conscious.

    Now a days apparently your penis is supposed to be huge or what not to satisfy. (or that's the age we live in now) and comparing myself to porn dose not help that self esteem lol.


    Soo basically if you have any advice on the best way to get started and best way to keep at it and improve i would appreciate any/all advice.


    Stats i guess-

    6 inch girth
    6 inch length

    And in case you haven't already done so, checkout the START HERE thread and pay attention to safety instructions, pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here go with JP90.


    Nope comparing to others in general is not good, because they are not you, love yourself the way you are so you can improve upon what you have!

    The performers in porn are selected for some special physical characteristics, add camera angels and your complimenting view on your penis and you get the picture!

    Before you begin, take an accurate measurement of your penis, you will find an article explaining how to do that, in the START HERE thread linked above. And if we go by your guess, then you have a huge girth and an above average length, quite impressive actually!

    Don't base your confidence on your penis, it is a part of you not the other way around.


    Learn to listen to your penis, your PIs are his way of communicating with you, to let you know if you are on the right track or doing too much, pay attention to what he has to say!

      thanks for the advice, looking forward to reading this and putting it into practice. whats a good way to stay consistent with a routine? going to the gym has just become life (not to lift mainly to swim and play basketball) soo im just unsure of how i fit this into my schedule.

        Just find an empty spot in your schedule and add PE in it!

            Well girth wise your above average so be happy about that.

            Embracing yourself is important and I would advice to cut the porn off since it is really unhealthy mentally.

            I would advice you to take in proper measurments before starting(BPEL and EG).

            I would advice to start with JP 90 routine since it is a great routine for a beginner

            that will condition you for more advanced exercises.
