    After reading your story I must say that girl who made you feel so low in front of everybody I'm sure karma will slap her ass in some way.

    That is really horrible experience but after all of that you can only keep your head and move forward.

    We are all born with a different penis and that was really low of her.

    Now you know that with PE you can make a change. Your consistensy and knowing how to perform each exercise will help you with your gains.

    Despite that you never know how quickly or slowly you will gain and that is interesting to find out.

    Do not stop improving yourself only with PE since you can improve in other aspects of your life you just have to believe and do the work needed.

    Physiological indicators are your best friends and they will guide you with your PE journey.

    They will also help you to avoid overtraining.

    Purpleones, thanks for your kind words mate.

    Yes that girl really did a mind-job on me. This kind of 'hot/could've behaviour has been somewhat of a recurring theme in my life. Keeps you guessing.

    I agree with you wholeheartedly about self-development . PE should just be one tool out of many in one's arsenal.

    I'm actually having to put PE on the shelf for a while as I'm in quite a demanding physiotherapy regime atm, it involves pelvic posture/exercises. It's taking a hell of a lot of will-power, but I know that if I don't do my physio and prioritise that, then I can't progress onto the PE work.
