    Hi all,

    I joined back in 2007, with a starting size of 6" BPEL, and 5.25" EG, I felt TINY, no matter what my gf at the time told me about me being bigger than most guys. I didn't believe her and thought she was just trying to be nice. I started out with a beginners routine I was given with my For-Men-Only package, with OM, jelqs, hand stretches, etc... I of course jumped into clamping within a month because I was impatient. Made blood come out of my dick, learned that more is not always better, etc...

    Now 7 years later, from doing PE casually this whole time, I have grown to 7.25" BPEL and 6.0" EG (mid shaft). For some reason I am thicker mid shaft now than I am at the base. I think all the jelqing might have squished the meat further up, I dunno. Cause I'm kind of fat at 210 lbs, my NBPEL is only 6.0", so the comments I get from girls now is, "The length is average, but it's really thick!" Now I just want to lose the fat pad so I look 7+" without having to push the ruler in! :P

    Thanks, but you know I didn't think I had great success at all. It was such a slow grind for me. I mean I only gained 1.25" of length and 0.75" girth in 7 years!! I will admit I was lazy about it and sometimes would take a few months off, and then lose some gains, and have to get back into it. But looking back, my penis is much bigger now than before, so I'm glad I stuck with it! I think my gains are good and if I was more dedicated I could have made those gains in only 1 or 2 years. Oh well, gains are gains right?

    Actually, 1.25" in length and 3/4" in girth gains is nothing to sneeze at even though it took 7 years.

    Keep up the good PE and try to reduce the fat pad and you will have to chase the girls away.

    Agree with not2big ^^^

    I've been at it FIFTEEN years off and on, and I have only gained 1" in both length and girth. So you gained twice as fast as I have. haha

    Is that you in your avatar? Cause you look really lean man. How come your stats say your NBPEL is 1" less than your BPEL? Cause my NBPEL is 1.25" less than my BPEL, and I want to get ripped like you so the fat pad is only like 0.5" difference. Lately I'm more obsessed with fitness than PE, cause I want to expose my length gains hiding under all this fat. I'm 5'8" and 210 lbs, kind of chubby. I know if I was a skinny dude my dick would look way bigger.

    Yep that's me. I have the weirdest NBP to BPEL ratio EVER. Even at my very leanest, there's STILL close to a 3/4" difference. I've seen guys who definitely carried more overall bodyfat than me, that had literally only a 1/4" difference! I guess my ligs must be spongey or something, because I can press WAY in above my base, even when I'm lean. It is bizarre.

    yeah iv got a fatty fat pad too, after im done bulking im gna get cuts for the sluts and get a 0.5inche fat pad and boom! big penis

    nice story mate i envy your girth man thats an amazing girth you have, every girl says girth is more important than length so well done with that. after iv hit my length goal im all about girth, i aspire for your girth. keep at it mate! and goodluck with your fitness

    Hey, just goes to show you, even if we gain super slow, with enough time and patience, eventually we DO gain. A decade and a half, and I'm still growing, albeit slowly. haha

    When you cut up, you will not only be having to beat the ladies off with a stick, but you will really feel good INSIDE as well. Its a great confidence booster to look and FEEL in good shape. You got this!
