Hello everyone. I've been reading the forums for a while and decided to register. This has to be one of the best forums of any kind I've encountered. Full of proper gentleman (and ladies) who all seem to be super supportive and helpful of others in search of the holy grail. I've decided to start pe to further satisfy myself and my wife. I've been exercising, following jp90, for just over a week and I believe my already decent eq has improved dramatically. Going from 6.5bpel 4.5eg to 6.75bpel 4.75eg already!! I'm on a quest for girth as I feel my wife will not need much more length. What a feeling it is to regain those rock hard 18 year old erections some 17 years later!!

Thanks guys. The links are super helpful and reassurance I'm on the right track. I'm not a Londoner but a convict! I come from a land down under! The username is a play on words reference to Boris Yeltsin, but u suppose Boris Johnson works just as well! Haha. One thing I have noticed is some turtling, I've always seemed to turtle, and I know it's a sign of overtraining, however all the other PI's are totally positive, so for the time being, I'm not too concerned.

You have really funny username and a clever one in my opinnion.
I'm glad you have chose the JP 90 for a beginner program since it is a really good program to start with.
It will condition you for more advanced exercises.
Make sure you do each exercise with patience and stay overall committed to your workouts since that way you can make your journey towards bigger penis more succesful.
I have completed JP 90 and it worked really well for me. You can see from my progress journal how it should be done with my detailed describtions from each day.

Make sure you enjoy performing the exercises and don't get too obsessive over Penis enlargement in general.
Physiological indicators are your best friends and they will guide you with your PE journey.

I too started with the JP90 and it did wonders for me. My EQ was back to what it was in my youth and it made my wife View Profile: MrsLooking4more - PEGym Forums a very happy lady.
My advice is to continue the JP90 until the end. Only then will you will be conditioned to start other exercises. I too was looking for girth but I wasn't getting much with the JP90 but I got plenty of length though. I had to add other exercises later in order to gain the girth. You can see what I did in the link in my signature.

Thanks for the support everyone. Looking4more, those are some great gains I'd love and inch and a bit of girth! That would put me right where I want to be, I'll see how the jp90 goes and maybe look into your routine a bit more thoroughly then! It's great your wife is so supportive too. My wife doesn't know what to think of pe at this stage and tells me my Johnson is all good, however, I have my suspicions she might have already felt some improvements in our sex life judging by her reactions the last time we had sex!! Amazing what great eq and a quarter of an inch in both directions can do!! She's not big down there but not super tight either, which is why I'd love to eventually give her that full feeling!! Let's see what the next couple of years bring me!

Oh, and also, I put on muscle and size very easily and stay in pretty good shape doing a very limited workout, although I'm not too interested in bodybuilding- just good physique- let's hope easy gains translates to my shaft as well!!! I won't get lazy though...
