I read a lot of the threads and the information that was given when you first sign up but I have questions that are relevant for me but I'll start with introducing myself.
Hey, my names Mark. I'm 21 and a newbie to PE. My measurements are 6" in erect length and I think about 5" in erect girth ill have to measure again and confirm it in my profile when I get a chance.
I'm just posting to get some tips that have worked for anyone else just starting out. I do own a size genetics device so my first question is when should I use my size genetics and when should I do all the manual exercises? Are there any specific vitamins that you take that help? How long should I break for? As you can see I don't even know where to start.
Anyone give me a hand?

Hey Mark, I am a newbie as well. I have started with jelqing and nut sack stretches so will be very interested go see what and how quickly the gains, if any, are. I edge a lot so hopefully there is room for improvement, lol.

Welcome Mark
I would say follow the DVD instructions that come with the size genetics. With ADS the more the better ,however, you should take at least one day off a week from the sizegenetics. Don't go overboard and start wearing it for 8+ hours a day to start with, maybe 1 hour the fist week 2hours the 2nd week etc... This should all be covered in the DVD that comes with the device.
I wear my ADS before AND after my manual routine, but thats just me. I do wear my ADS on rest days but for only a couple of hours as opposed to 10+, because they work on a cellular level the stress that it puts on your unit is that great.
Not sure about vitamins I just eat a varied diet of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, beans and drink a lot of fluids. I don't think multi-vitamins are necessary if you are eating WHOLE FOODS and not the crap that comes in packets. Take a look at the ingredients of some of the foods you eat, if it isn't one item i.e. rice, potatoes, orange, broccoli, lentils... then its most probably E3435 magjsodhg blah blah blah its like eating a science lesson aha!!
As far as breaks go you need to find out for yourself, follow JP90's routine its greatI did it a while back, I think it was a 5 on 2 off schedule (which I still use now
) but you may need to do a 2on 1 off to start with follow your PI's and it should all fall into place.

Welcome to the gym PerkyBewbs!
I mean you can basicly do your manual stretches after you have done your extending but personally I have much more experience with manual PE rather than with devices.
I will advice you not to do too much in the beginning but gradually increase the intensity since I find that is the best way to approach PE.
Gradual increases in intensity while following your Physiological indicators.
Physiological indicators are your best friends and they will guide you with your PE journey.
They will also help you to avoid overtraining.

Please make sure to read the following thread!!
And in case you haven't already done so, checkout the START HERE thread and pay attention to safety instructions. I recommend following a manual routine for at least 90 days to condition your penis before you use devices, most members here go with JP90.

Welcome to the Gym PerkyBewbs.
I myself started with the JP90 beginner routine and highly recommend it. It worked very well for me. The gains I made can be seen in my signature.
I am of the mindset of doing only manual exercises first. Then only after you are more conditioned and the gains start to slow, then start incorporating devices. I didn't start using any device until after doing manual for a few years.
Please remember to ask questions when you have them. There are many veterans here that are more than happy t answer them. Follow your PI"s and you should do well.
Good luck and be safe.Bondage.

Hey,
I'm just starting off, too. Took some breaks here and there the past 6 months since I joined this site. I find that the jp90 was a bit too intense for me. So I'm working up slowly to it with basic wet jelqs and basic stretching along with edging. You can check out my sig to see my routine.

Feel free to adjust 'intensity', repetitions, where ever in the routine to maintain Erection Quality or PI's.
