    Finally made here after a year or so of veiwing forums...

    My story is about searching for EQ! Not porn star stuff but just good for my partner and good for me. I've still got vivid images of the first time I recieved oral when I was 16... EQ was out of this world! I thought I was a porn star!
    Now after years of smoking, roughly 13years, eating poorly and sleeping like I didnt really need it... I felt burnt out and just plan old tired.
    Years of porn also has had its influence on my current EQ... basicslly loads of bad habits.

    Now i'm with a new girl, amazing, caring, pretty... kind of everything i want but!
    The EQ is poor, sometimes I get great EQ but then while putting on a condom it very quickly goes bad. She's so understanding but it's bugging me out... Tried Viagra and then felt guilty? Told her and she said stop taking it and we'd just work it out... Awesome girl huh

    So here I am... Looking at the JP90 day program (2 days in) as in so many threads people are reporting great EQ which for me is gold! I'm not exactly Mr Marcus but think i'm more bummed about EQ vs Size. Doing my best to stop porn... 2 days clean Stop smoking tomorrow Hitting gym and eating better No pills either!!!

    Current Stats: EL 5.9" EMSG 5.2" but when I take Viagra it's about EL-6.2" MSEG-5.5" so although I had great results with Viagra (headaches suck, sex was amazing!), it's not sustainable for me and for my age (33) I can't accept that so i'm here looking for the EQ that'll make my girl happy and me.

    Also been reading as much as I can on "success forums" as I know i'm a little low on confidence after coming out of a long term relationship. Trying to keep positive and I have to say this site is definitely a place to rekindle your innner ALPHA MALE!

    It is real good that you realise what your problems and why your EQ is way it is.

    I personally watched a lot of porn and it was my best decision to quit it. I feel more healthier mentally and my EQ has improved a bit. I never had a bad EQ but still.

    I'm sure smoking and lack of sleep had a negative effect on your EQ.

    I would say try to make it overall change in yourself starting with eliminating those bad habits and make yourself feel more healthy overall.

    I think you should not stop only at improving your penis size or EQ but rather make it overall improvement in yourself.

    Put the words in to action and really stick to what you have promised.

    Porn wise it is best to delete all of the porn you have and also set some type of password limitations or website blockers.

    Staying consistent with your PE routine will yield results but you never know how quickly or slowly you will gain.

    I would advice to start with JP 90 routine since it is a great routine for a beginner that will condition you for more advanced exercises.

    Physiological indicators are your best friends and they will guide you with your PE journey.

    They will also help you to avoid overtraining.

    I hope that you will enjoy yourself here and don't be afraid to ask questions especially if your having problems with your habits and so on.

          Welcome to the Gym EQ.
          I too came here looking for better EQ and a little size as well. I'm here to tell you brother that I have found both. I also started with the JP90. What a great program! Just stick to it pretty much as written and you should do well. The only thing I modified when I was a beginner was substituting more regular jelqs for the V jelqs. The V's just don't seem to do anything for me.

          Please ask questions and follow your PI's. We're always more than happy to help.

                Thanks Looking4more Exactly what I wanted to hear... Yeah porn is definitely different to when I first came across it, 3rd day and no urge to watch so hope to stay focused and commited to JP90 routine. Had a good sleep so cant wait to do my next session.

                    As the others have said make sure you follow your PI's they are your key to gaining anything.

                    I personally find edging great for EQ and it compliments any routine, it would be wise for you if you are going to do this to use your imagination instead of porn for this though.

                      Thanks burtybasset I have noticed the my EQ level while jelqing is low but also read on another post that even if you're not at 50/60% jelqing still works as it will still be moving blood through your penis. Will have to keep you posted on how I progress.

                        It should still work for you, I start completely flaccid and my penis just gets to the right level all on its own. I did have a few issues with messed up EQ from jelqing to begin with, but I was using too tight grip.

                        Once I added edging to my routine, added more rest days (1 on 1 off), I cut the number of jelqs by a third and started using lighter grip, my EQ went through the roof.

                        I now jelq with a firmer grip, but it is important to start light I believe, but your Pi's will tell you if you are on the right path or not.

                        Here is my log if you would like to see how I tailored JP90 to my PI's, it has evolved from the full JP90 5 on 2 off and full jelqs into what it is today, some of this is missing from my log because I started it halfway through my routine.

                          Hey Man, I'm totally new to this and the FIRST thing I noticed is better eq. I wish you luck as I am also trying to make healthier choices re. Smoking etc. I'm down to 4 a day on my own program as all the other patches tablets etc. didn't work for me. I feel so much better already! I'm sure quitting alone will improve eq, but the jp90 has me getting wood all the time even just hugging my wife. It's awesome!

                            Awesome news man, I did stop smoking for about 3 years at one point and I don't recall what EQ was like then, for me it's a combination of bad habbits including porn and a lot of it... Guess i'm just noticing EQ more now than I did before.
                            How far you into your JP90 program? Bet your wife is happy that a hug can make you get wood, goodluck and keep me posted I'm hoping to get solid (pun intended) results too, where I get ultra hard at those special moments and can hold them

                              Hey just a question for the gym goers... Um sometimes I fell like foreskin interfares with jelqs? What I mean is as I slide my 'ok' up the shaft it takes a fair bit of foreskin with it (even using lube) then when i'm ready to do alternate jelq I kinda have to slide the foreskin back through the first 'ok' grip... if I dont do that feels like i'm not jelqing from the bottom of the shaft and my nut sack is being stretched (skin).
                              I think it's got to do with the fact i'm usually flaccid and don't get hard (on a no porn diet)so i'm gripping tighter and also moving a load of foreskin during the movement.
                              This a pretty hard thing to describe hope someone can help or tell me it's normal?
