    i am new here and same to others, i feel awkwardly because it's my first time to join this kind of forum site. i started to found this site last Saturday upon reading some posts, i felt interested that's why i also tried to do does things that is usual to this forum. i started my PE last Monday there's no progress yet but i hope there will be even i only did exercises like this "jelqing". I am awkwardly to say that i only have an ALMOST 5" long dick and not aware to its girth. and FYI, I'm 18. i hope i can get some inspirations here and motivations to improve the length of mine.

    And in case you haven't already done so, checkout the START HERE thread as well as the articles in the topmost blue navigation bar, and pay attention to safety instructions.


    When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, start a log in the progress forum to track your progress and get feedback, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.

    I recommend following a manual beginner's routine, most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload, as you need to condition your penis first!

    Stamina exercises contribute to EQ, penile health and gains, I suggest you read through the Premature Ejaculation Forum and follow a balanced regular and reverse kegels routine for optimum pelvic floor health and conditioning, as well as practice Edging for more stamina and control.

    You construct sentences better than me, so don't worry too much you will get better with practice!

    As for your length, you fall pretty much in the average category, start an on-line log to track your progress and stay motivated. Have a good read through MrB8's links, if you have trouble with anything we will do our best to help.

    Welcome to the gym zhile!

    Do not worry about it too much since you can only go up as far as your penis size goes.

    The most important thing is to begin and after that just stay consistent with your workouts.

    Measure once a month since there is no point in measuring weekly.

    Your body is still growing so keep that in mind and to be honest I wish that I would found out about PE when I was 18 and not at 20.

    Make sure you read all the beginner stickies to you will get a basic knowledge on what to do since you want to perform each exercise correctly.

    Stay dedicated to your routine but do not get obsessive since there are more important things in life besides increasing your penis size.

    After all it comes down to confidence but I do not see anything wrong with you wanting to increase your penis size since that is actually possible.

    I would advice to start with JP 90 routine since it is a great routine for a beginner that will condition you for more advanced exercises.

    You're at an excellent age for PE and with proper preparation and exercise should realize great gains. Just remember that this takes time and dedication. P.S. I found your sentence structure very fun and refreshing. I could only imagine what mine would be like in your language! LOL

    I just joined a few days ago myself. I was already doing PE, but I felt kind of lonely and this is kind of like a "support group" for me. So I don't feel like a weirdo for pulling on my dick all the time :P I'd say more but I can't give you any advice that others haven't already posted here, lol!
