To all,
I'd like to say hello, I'm Nick, a 28 year old guy that just stumbled upon PEGym and I'm excited to get my start. I picked the JP90 plan and I'm on day 3 already. I also just took my first measurements but I had to make marks on a chopstick with a pen (no ruler). I eyeball myself out somewhere in the neighborhood of "average" the actual figures will up here tomorrow.
I haven't quite gotten the swing of things here on the site, but I think this thread is an alright place for me record my efforts and progress right?
I've also gotten into power-lifting lately and I'm a little curious about what the affects that that kind of exercise could have (positive and negative alike) on my experience as a Penis-Exercizer. Anyone else out there recording their other fitness regimens?
Sorry for the long post, cheers to a long penis.

to the Gym Nick!
Please make sure to read the following thread!!
And in case you haven't already done so, checkout the START HERE thread and pay attention to safety instructions.
It would be best if you got a ruler to be able to accurately track your gains.
You may want to head over to the Progress Forum and start a thread there, and record your progress!

I don't know what sort of effect power lifting will have on your dong. I do know that your body works as a whole unit, so anything you do that will have a positive effect will affect the rest. Healthy eating and healthy lifestyle will benefit you.

Welcome to the gym Stretch Armsdong!
JP 90 is a great beginners program that will condition you for more advanced exercises.
Stay consistent to your routine and most likely you will see gains from it.
I would advice to get a good ruler one that doesn't bend much for your BPEL measuring.
For girth you need a tape measure. Overall you need to know exact measurings instead of guessing.
With powerlifting only negative thing could be that your bodyfat % will rise since your going for high weights and that usually requires to add mass.
Physiological indicators are your best friends and they will guide you with your PE journey.
They will also help you to avoid overtraining.

I hope that you will enjoy yourself here and don't be afraid to ask questions.Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"
Current: 9/2020 BPEL: (8.3 inches BPFSL: 8.9 "* MEG: 5.9
The Goal: BPEL: 9 inches EG: 6.5"
