    Hey guys!

    I've actually been a lurker for around 2-3 months and just been doing a really lazy stretch/jelq shower routine, but I thought today is the day I become a member and join in.

    I'm currently about 5.6 BPEL and 5.1 EL so pretty average, I'm really just looking to get a bigger wang for myself ya know? I'm 19 almost 20, I actually haven't had sex yet which kind of bothers me (guess its my fault for going to a college of mostly guys) but have come close and have done other things with girls, oh well. Anyways like I said, just mostly doing it for myself to make me feel more confident and it seems kind of fun so what the fuck lol.

    Another little thing is that I have big feet, big hands, big nose, and girls have joked about me also having a big wang and I think it'd be cool to live up to my other extremities.

    I know a lot of guys go for pornstar length but I'm really just interested on putting on at least 1-2 inches of length, don't really care much about girth tbh but I think I may have gained some during my little routine. I've been looking into start hanging as I hear it does wonders for length but I'll probably start small because I don't... uh.. want to.. hurt myself.

    EDIT - 3 - 3.5 flaccid and 5.1 erect... shower or grower? or inbetween lol?

    And in case you haven't already done so, checkout the START HERE thread and pay attention to safety instructions, pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here go with JP90.

    Consistency is key to gains, be patient and persistent, pay attention to your PIs and follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and you will gain.

    An inch or more in length is possible, given that you are dedicated and put in the required effort, and girth is more important than length.

    And don't feel bad about not having slept with any women yet-you're still young and have plenty of time.

    You've come to the right place if you want to grow and begin PE. Start off nice and easy and gradually work your way up in intensity, and remember, PE is a generally gradual process of gains, coming over a lengthy period. Consistency and patience are key. The longer you stay consistent with it, the more the dividends.

    Go JP90 and don't try to hang or clamp or pump or anything like that. You should worry about girth BTW. Length and girth kind of go hand in hand anyways. 8 inches long and 4 1/2 girth would look odd. You didn't say how girthy you were. If you're like 6 or so then yes, girth is not a problem for you.

    Welcome to the gym Cran!

    I can tell from experience that PE works and you can make a big difference on how dedicated and consistent you are with your PE workouts.

    I also myself do this fully for myself because I feel this will add me a lot of confidence. Make sure you also enjoy doing your workouts.

    I would advice to start with JP 90 routine since it is a great routine for a beginner that will condition you for more advanced exercises.

    Physiological indicators are your best friends and they will guide you with your PE journey.
