Hello,
I am new to this, but very excited to put in a lot to gain an inch or two hopefully in the long run. I am going to make a ritual for myself, make PE exercises not something that is a nuisance but rather a habit that I will get used to very often, just like brushing my teeth. A friend told me about jelqing and its benefits, and I'm amazed. I am going to start with the JP newbie 90 days. I will probably have some questions which I will post on later. I will also measure to see my initials and hopefully over the summer I may have some gains before I go to school (I won't have any time for PE when I'm in school).
Perhaps someone could provide advice on how to do PE when I don't have much time, as I am in school? Now I have lots of time so I can warm up, stretch, jelq as usual and then warm down, but I won't have that much time (probably will take 30 mins at least for this workout) in school.
PS I'm 19 years old. Is this too early to start?
Thanks,
Publilius Syrus out!

For a great introduction to the PE world please READ THIS and pay attention to safety instructions, then pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Hey Publilius!
Welcome to the Gym.
Mr B8 has given you great advice on the best way to get started.
when you go back to school, you can do stretches and jelqs under your covers at night. I have been at it for over four years and still do these exercises at night under the covers at night next to my sleeping wife.Valued Member of 11+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4

Welcome to the gym Publilius Syrus!
Yes you have to enjoy doing your PE workouts otherwise it will be really hard to stick to your routine.
I personally make each of my workouts sort of a relaxation session. I play some relaxing music and do my PE workouts.
You can split your workout in smaller sessions by this I mean do 10-15 minutes pre school and rest after school.
I wish that I would have started PE at 19 but I did start 21.
I would advice to start with JP 90 routine since it is a great routine for a beginner that will condition you for more advanced exercises.

to the Gym Publilius Syrus!, enjoy your time here and have a safe PE journey.
I started when I was 17 y/o, but during that time I was a lurker of the gym and I respect the rules as well. So, nothing to worry about your age. Your age is the perfect time to do PE.
Good luck my brotherGOAL DIGGER !
