Hello wondering if any one could help me please , been jelqing for 11 months now soon to be full year , the only problem is results have been some what lacking let me explain
Starting length : 7 1/2 inches Current length 7. 75
Starting Girth : 6 inches Current Girth 6 . 25
at base / shaft : 5 inches 5 . 25
Been jelging on a routine of 200 jelgs Monday to Friday Sat/Sunday off , 5 minute warm up hot towel wrapped around penis , use Vaseline as lubricant to jelq . The only problem is I wish to achieve 9 inches in length and at least 6 1/2 inches in girth possible 7 , don't quite feel as though Im on the right road to achieving this been doing stretching exercises for past 12 weeks now to no foreseeable benefit , can some one who has achieved my said goal please give advice / tip on where I could potentially be going wrong or help as to how I can achieve this faster thanks .
Am I doing enough jelqs ???? Am I stretching long enough ??? currently 20 minutes at 30 seconds stretch / rest before I jelq . Takes me over a hour to do this every morning usually almost 2 , jelqing take longest as have to get erection strength just right 60 % , any more I stop any less need to stimulate . Getting a bit up with jelqing but remain committed just wish to see results in length and girth

PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.

Stamina exercises contribute to EQ, penile health and gains, I suggest you read through the Premature Ejaculation Forum and follow a balanced regular and reverse kegels routine for optimum pelvic floor health and conditioning, as well as practice Edging for more stamina and control.

It will take some time and dedicated effort to reach your goals. Even so, at that size, you will likely be in the uncomfortable range for most women.
You may want to reconsider to a more usable, and easier to obtain size. Absolutely your choice though, just a suggestion.
As for your routine, yes, it may be time for a change up. The TGC theory that MrB8 posted is a good place to start.

Outside what has already been posted (stated), it really takes a long time to get fiber growth doing PE. You should be happy with .25 inch in both areas, my friend, and if the gain is evenly girthed along the shaft be really, really happy. Also, instead of wanting your 9x7 learn just to be happy having a so-called big penis. After, seeing what average was a few years back and the statistics, I am very fortunate to have started with what I had. So, yes, change your routine up if need be, but count every millimeter gained in time as a blessing and be happy because most men don't start out with a big penis.

Possibly change to different and more intense exercises than just doing jelqs?
