can someone help me? most likely no one will reply to this but i cant seem to get as hard as i used to, and also i get slight pains in my penis from time to time ive stopped PE all together to take a break but i still get pains in my penis and also i cant stop masturbating for more then 3 days bc it makes me go crazy and when i do i dont get as hard and idk what else to do. If someone would help me i would greatly appreciate it

What was your routine, and when/how did you injure yourself?
Rest is absolutely important, try to stay away from masturbation as much as you can, and if you really really have to, use the lightest grip possible. Apply heat, it should help with recovery.

Yep, if you have pain, stop PE and stop masturbating. Seeing a doctor is not a bad idea.
Might just be overworked, or it might be more. Better safe than sorry.
