Thank you Big Al! I was looking to wait around 3 weeks before doing anything so I'll try and avoid vigorous training for now. (Tried to take a picture when erect but one of the sutures came loose and there was a lot of blood)
I am waiting for the sutures to dissolve to see whether that will make any difference (which I doubt) then I will go and contact my urologist.

Regarding the PPP, does the Alpha Hydroxy Acid make you lose any sensitivity? Circumcision + frenuloplasty led to a very high decrease in sensitivity, I wouldn't want to make it worse. I tried using the soldering iron method of removing the papules (used EMLA cream) it did slightly help with the worst ones but they regrew but not as big as before. My apologies if my answers were too graphic, and thanks again for the response!

AHA might cause dry skin and perhaps some itching, so after you've applied the cream and have let it sit for awhile you can use a gentle moisturizer like cocoa butter to help counter any dryness.
