Hello everybody,
I am a teen with an array of problems which I'd like to address. I have joined this forum hoping some of you could help me out. To start off, my penis has a curve and was told by my GP that I may have peyronies disease, however when I paid a visit to the urologist I was told that I have chordee without hypospadias which I believe may have been caused by a circumcision at a very young age. My urologist also noted that I have a short frenulum, so recommened frenuloplasty to correct this and possibly reduce the curve. Now it has been two days since my procedure, and I've noticed that the curve has been worsened when I get an erection (which is difficult enough as it is, believe I may also have ED). My penis curves downwards at an angle of roughly 90 degrees. To make matters worse I also have PPP, however, I do consider myself rather lucky in the length department as I've got a length of BPEL 7.2 inch without any PE and a girth of 5.2 inches. Can someone please help me out, I've lost all confidence due to these problems. Thank you

A 90 degree downward curve is an extreme curvature of the penis. I think for something like this you should try contacting Big Al directly, he may be able to design you a program specifically aimed at straightening your penis without surgery.
I wish I could help but I have always had a straight as a rod dick. So any advice I could give would be purely speculative. I mean they say stretching, jelqing, and hanging can help straighten a bent penis, but really, I'm guessing you want to straighten your dick ASAP, so you should get a program custom made for you by an expert like Big Al.Starting size - Summer 2007
6.0" BPEL
5.25" EG (mid shaft), 5.5" (base)
Current size - Summer 2014
7.25" BPEL
6.2" EG (mid shaft), 6" (base)

I'm curious did any of your doctors recommended an extender to wear?
And if you can you should post some pics in your profile.

There was no mention of an extender, my urologist recommended frenuloplasty or another procedure (can't remember the name of the top of my head) where they take some skin from my mouth and graft it to my penis to try and correct the bend. Ill try and get a picture up soon. Thanks for the response!

I think you could send him a PM and ask for some personalized coaching. Paying him a little bit for a specialized program and email support will be worth it. If you try to just wing it and do this on your own it may still work eventually, but it could take a lot longer. The idea is you want to deform your tissue back to a straightened state, however, there is a fine line between applying enough force and injuring yourself and possibly making the curve even worse. I am still recovering from a thrombosed vein in the lower left part of my shaft, due to overclamping my penis. It's been over 2 weeks and my vein is still hard and bulging out like a little ball under my skin. Clamping and hanging are potentially dangerous if you don't know what you're doing. For you I think Big Al might recommend an extender, and possibly some hanging. Something to keep your penis in a straightened position for long periods of time. I don't think a basic beginner's program will be enough for you. I think surgery shouldn't be needed, cause I've heard of guys fixing their curve just from exercises, it takes time but it can be done.

Welcome to the gym TheUnfortunate.
Sorry to hear of your situation.
Yes, BigAl is quite knowledgeable of these things, and will likely know of a solution, if one is available without surgery. Here is a link to his profile (View Profile: Big Al - PEGym Forums), and there is a link below his name describing his service. I'm sure he would be more than happy offer direction if you sent him a PM.
If I recall correctly, one of the original intentions of extenders was to help cure peyronie's, so that may very well be a plausible solution for you. As for which one, comfort and price seem to be the biggest factors.
In this article about extenders, there is a buying guide which details several things to consider. It may be helpful in your decision making, as well as good info about extenders in general.
Hope everything goes well for you. I wish you luck.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
