Thread: Just started JP90....

Hi all -
I am just finishing up week 2 of JP90; I've read a bunch of info on this site (very informative). I had been skeptical in the past about PE, but am becoming a believer. Not just from the reports of the members (which certainly are compelling), but just from the changes I've seen in less than two weeks.
I am hanging longer and considerably thicker... prior to this, the equivalent would be to having a semi but without the "northbound" movement. I would have been self-conscious undressing/showering in a locker room before, but I honestly wouldn't now (no reason to be in a locker room these days, but it's saying something).
Anyway, my intention is to complete out JP90 and see where I stand. I might consider MeCoach after that depending on progress. I have seen some PIs in addition to the above.
I do have a question, though, regarding EQ. How exactly do you gauge that? Is it based on all of them or just the "important" ones, like morning wood and EQ while fooling around with my wife? I ask because I was going to do some edging right after a workout but I seemed to "lose interest" without some external stimuli (which was interesting because, if anything, I have an issue with getting too erect during workouts). EQ with morning wood and sex with my wife are just fine (I would say 9 - 10).

Congrats on starting your PE journey, those are very positive PI signs, stay consistent and gains will come!
The most important aspect to keep an eye on when it comes to EQ is how easy erections come, and how easy you can keep them, also how hard you get!

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.
