    Hello everyone! So, I accidently stumbled upon this site a few weeks ago having strayed here from NoFap. Quitting PMO basically made my penis hyper sensitive which was nice, but I couldnt last in bed, so I had to re-learn how to have sex. As a side note, quitting PMO has led to an unexpected size increase due to improved EQ.

    When I first got here I honestly wondered what the hell I had stumbled into. Curiosoty however, has kept me coming back to read articles and posts and my interest keeps growing. Then it really occoured to me that you folks are actually doing it. You are really exercising your way to getting a bigger healthier penis. Well, if someone else is doing it ,then I can too.

    Well, last monday I made up my mind. I decided to give JP's 90 day routine a shot and here I am. My measurments currently are NBPEL 7" EG 5.5 (I think. I was measuring from the top without pressing into the pubicbone and not the side). Now I understand that I really don't have anything too be worried about as far as size is concerned, but if getting an extra 1" is something that I can achieve through dilligent exercise, then why not?

    I'm married and have sex with my wife down fairly pat and I don't think she would care either way if I added an inch in length, but we have had a child and am on our way to having a second, so a little added girth would probably be a bit of fun for us both, and to be honest I am attracted to the WOW factor of added flacid length as well. I don't forsee anyone but my wife seeing my member fully erect but every now and again we end up naked in a hot tub.

    Congrats on starting your PE journey and on choosing JP90, its an intense routine, so you may want to start slow and build up to it over a few weeks!

    When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.

    Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    Yes, we are a community of men who want to increase their sexual health whether it is from premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, and increasing the strength of our erection while increasing size.     You made a good move to go with the JP90 routine because it is a good routine that has a good track record with gains for newbies such as yourself. I did the routine when I first started and completed the entire 90 days and it was fun and really made me convinced about PE. Right now I am nearly 1 year into PE and have gained nearly 1 inch in length with some girth.

    Congratulations on quitting PMO.

    As you've already seen, having a strong EQ can be quite a benefit. Staying on a dedicated routine will not only give you that, but also a healthier penis, and with time and patience, the goals you're after in size.

    Sounds like you've got a great attitude towards PE, and I think it will serve you well.

    Thanks you everyone! I appreciate all of the links as well! Weekends are my recovery days so I will have time to digest the info before I start exercising again.

    And thanks for the quitting PMO support! It's been over 200 days now. My marriage and sexlife and overall life have improved! I'd never ream on someone for PMO but would certainly recommend trying nofap to anyone who was considering it.
