hello i'm new here i have been jelquing since the th of july 2014 i jelqued this wednesday and thursday and took a friday of how am i doing with this routine?
i am following the correct procedure and find great pleasure in doing so
my current length erect is 7.1length by 5.5 gith.
as a newb i havnt had any problems i do t every night before i go to bed and i feel a tiny almost minsicule pressure in my penis is that normal? should it be greater?
i have been jelquing for only 10 minutes on a 60% erection level my long term goal it to have length 8" and girth 6.5" is that possible and oh yes please share some tips

Hello gabanci, and welcome.
Sounds like you're off to a good start. A bit of a "worked" feeling is okay, especially at first. If it becomes very sore, or painful, then it would be time to check your technique or intensity.
You're goals are possible, but know it will take time and effort. It's a long term process, and patience is required. Take it slow, one step at a time, and you will do well.
If you haven't read it yet, check out the beginner thread START HERE!. It has a lot of helpful info, including safety precautions and detailed beginner routines. Also, the articles on the main page have some good descriptions and videos of the exercises if it helps.

thank you!! for your post i am extremely grateful i have one more question to ask if you don't mind i am flaccid at 4.75" and during these past 3 days of jelquing i have noticed the blood vessels in my penis seem to be much thicker is this a good sign or should i be pre cautious ?

Thicker veins is a good sign. Means you're getting better circulation now. The more blood the better.
Some ladies love the veins. My wife calls it "ribbed for her pleasure".Bondage.

Good sign! I'm not a doctor but my educated opinion is Good sign! My bill is in the mail! LOL
In my personal findings,,,,,some things happen VERY quickly in PE,,,,,,some things not so fast. REMEMBER: nothing should hurt, and when in doubt,,,,,go slow,,,,,you will always have more PE days,,,,,,but if you break your weenie,,,you lose out on A LOT!Dick Whammy at your Cervix!

The most important thing is to be safe when doing PE. Don't overdo it. Watch those PI's and always ask when you have questions.
What routine are you doing?
If you haven't seen it yet, check out this thread https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html. There are some beginner routines and so much more information that you need to know in there. As far as routines go, I highly recommend the JP90. It is a great routine and will get you well conditioned to go with more advanced stuff later. Just follow the routine as written, making slight adjustments if needed. Don't try and do more thinking you'll get there faster. That will just result in injuries and major setbacks. Slow and steady wins the race as they say.
