New to this site. I have done a bit of p.e. work but not consistent. I now want to be consistent and see what I can get from it. I live in the souther U.S. and work a professional job. Would love to hear from other members what has worked and what didn't. Don't want to waste time or effort.
Looking forward to sharing success stories.

When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.
Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!
I recommend following a beginner's manual routine for at least 90 days or until you stop gaining - whichever comes last. Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload!
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Other than that, welcome. Make PE another part of your life like work and the gym (if you pump iron) or what ever you may do for exercise, then it will become habitual to your life. That is my best advise for getting into PE consistently.Begin 7/25/2011:

oh, by the way, PE takes time, cannot be rushed, and there is no guarantee of what kind of results you may expect or get.
That said, it is fun for most of us !Valued Member of 10 years at the PEGym
