I hope this is the right place to get help on this, so here goes.
I think I have ruined myself (at least the whole sex drive thing) and I'm only 22 years old. Virgin, never kissed etc. and lately it seems my erections have become pitifully weak - in fact I'm writing this less than half an hour after getting off being barely erect enough to fap because it just wouldn't get up. I used to get off to literotica / H manga frequently and be hard as steel the whole way through, now neither of those sources seems to get me passed semi-erect. Reason I always used these sources of material is because real porn is too gross / fake / staged to even get my attention, and I've avoided the real stuff so much I can't even get hard to it - that with the fact my usual stuff not working I now find it very difficult to get as hard as I used to so I don't even masturbate daily anymore I go like once a week sometimes less. And I may be paranoid but I'm pretty sure my erections have lost some length despite doing some of the exercises on this site and having used an extender off and on for a while. In all I remember measuring to just slightly above 6 inches (erect) when I was like 16-17 now that I'm 22 I'm seeing just over 5 inches (erect), girth and flaccid length have gone up a little though despite the loss of erect length.
So guys, any help? Will these exercises/programs help my erections become normal again? What do I do about my disinterest in porn now? My being an introvert and having trust issues from a previous relationship makes it difficult to approach women so getting a girlfriend may be too much to ask for now so please no "just get a gf / laid" replies.

No guaranty, but some guys have found that jelqing (not too hard) improves EQ.
it would be a good idea to start with a beginner's routine like the JP90 and see what happens.

When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.
Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!
I recommend you first condition your penis by following a beginner's manual routine for at least 90 days or until you stop gaining - whichever comes last. Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Wow these were some really fast replies, thanks guys.
Just a quick question on this point, I recently purchased a fleshlight to get away from using my hand due to something called death grip syndrome - so in my first post when I mentioned I was barely hard enough to fap I meant barely hard enough to get in and out of the FL without my penis bending slightly - so should I go back to my hand or stick with the toy? I realize you gave me lots of links to look at but I don't have time to read right now, but I do plan to look at them all later on. And I tried the JP90 earlier today, I rushed it a little but I will stick with it it seemed like a good workout.

There is no rush, take your time, and read them when you can, they basically explain matters in details and offer solutions.
If you are accustomed to the death grip, then it is not unlikely to not be able to get a hard erection without it, as your penis is used to a certain type of stimulation, your goal is recondition your penis to be able to function properly under normal circumstances, like when using a normal/light grip or a fleshlight, as well as replacing porn with your imagination, fantasize all you want, that should engage and encourage your imagination to grow!

Okay hoping for a quick reply since I'm freaking out a little, so I just did some PE stuff (exercises found here: https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...nner-read.html) and I am having a bit of an issue after finishing like 20 minutes ago. So I just looked down and about mid-shaft to my corona is really swollen? And on the bottom side two veins are really popping out? I followed the warnings and tips very closely and warmed up for over 10 minutes with hot water and a wash cloth, and used pretty light pressure while doing jelqs, did I do something wrong? How do I get the swelling down - or is it a non-issue?

If you are referring to the doughnut effect, I recommend a temperature treatment, alternate between cool and warm water for less than 3 minutes each and massage between sets until it dissipates.
