    Hello there! I'm a 21 year old male who might have a very unique penis story for all of you, granted I'm sure you've heard everything but maybe this will be new.

    I've really always had a bigger penis every since I hit puberty and I was always used to having a big cock, and that's how I just went about things. I was thankful for it and I was a bit modest about it, and of course being a horny teenager at the time I had to tell girls about it in hopes of them getting with me, what was I thinking? I mean probably every other time I masterbated I just wanted it to get bigger lol. I don't remember how big I was, but I think I eventually got to maybe 7.75 erect and almost 6 in girth. I felt monsterous and felt comfortable with that size honestly. When I eventually went to college I made one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made.

    Starting off college around three years ago I was a little heavier maybe 195 versus a normal 180 for me, and I had this wonderful idea to go snooping for some diet pills. I ended up taking the suckers for two months and I just remember looking at my penis at the end of it and being like "My god... my penis head is so small NOOOOOOO" and I began to get terrified.     I follow a simple routine that I just found somewhere on this website.
    2 days on 1 day off.
    I warm up for 10-15 minutes with a warm shower head straight on my penis.
    I stretch left, right, straight, up, rotation-left, rotation-right 30 seconds each full set 2 times. ( Should I just do it one time through though?)
    10 minutes of a typical jelq
    100-200 kegels.
    My penis honestly kind of hurts right now, but it's not terrible. It hurt a little bit during my last session, so I'm thinking I should take a break for several days and start back slow until I feel no pain.

    You are referring to PESG's routine, it is a good beginner's routine, and I agree with your approach, better take some time off, and use less force next time!

    I suggest you take it easy on the kegels, you pelvic floor muscles can get tired, overworked or injured, if you do too many kegels.

    25 reps maximum three times a day is more than enough, you better start with less and work up to it too, and remember reverse kegels as well to balance your pelvic floor.

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

      Welcome Guitarman2014!

      Sounds like you're off to a good start. I agree with MrB8, too many kegels can have the opposite effect.

      Steer clear of the pills. A healthy diet and exercise will do you wonders, not only physically, but also mentally. It may take a bit longer than those "magic pills", but in the long run you will be happier and healthier for it.
