Hi guys,
So I've just joined today and had a quick read through some forums. You guys really know your stuff, but sometimes I feel confused with all the acronyms as I have no clue what they all mean.
But anyway...
I'm 23 years old and have always suffered from a less than comfortable sized penis. I'm not sure of my girth, I'd say quite thin though, but I'm only about 5.5" in length. I also have an extended bit of foreskin which leaves a tip at the end of my flacid penis and when erect I have to pull it back in order to get my Bellend out.
I did try jelquing but I ended up getting some red spots appearing around my penis, I assumed they were burst blood vessels or something, so I think my technique is wrong.
Really looking to make a change starting today, as I'm in great physical condition and never thought it was possible to change the size/girth of my penis without surgery. But if I can I'm all ears haha
Any and all comments will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Hello WingMan04! Glad to have you with us.
Yep, your size is average according to everything I've seen. For PE, you will want to follow the measuring link MrB8 provided, and write down your girth size. Also, some have reported later they wish they had taken starting pictures to compare to later.
The red dots, if pin dot sized, are normal but may mean you need to back down your intensity / reps until you are more conditioned. Also, make sure your grip is not too tight.
If they are larger "spots", then that is definitely a sign of too much force, and you should let them heal and fade completely before continuing.
You most certainly can increase your size, and patience is the key to doing it. Take your time, get familiar with the exercises, and read up as much as you can.
Good luck to you.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
