Hi,
I am new here, joined because I wanted to find out if I could actually add more length and girth to my penis length. Hope this really works.
I am an averaged sized male but as always I think that anything when put on the spot can be improved, so I am glad to be on here and hope to here from anyone willing to help in my endevor.

Then pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90. :biggrin1:
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.
