Wassup Guys, my name is Jose and I just turn 16. I know your suppose to be 18 & older for forums likes this but please understand I'm very mature. So I'm a athletic type of guy always working out, always active. My size is average -.-, About 5 1/2 in length and great in girth. Also I'm still growing (Puberty). I've decide that I do not want to fall under the category of "Average" so I stumble upon PEGym ! I just started a routine, 2 days on 1 day off. First I start out with the warm up. Hot towel does the job for 10mins. Then I began stretching in all direction(3 sets). I also do that helicopter shake thingy. Then I begin Jelqing, (Wet Jelqing) About 3 sets of 100 reps my first day then I add another set the next. After that I do 1 set of V-Jelqs then I warm down. Please guys give me some advice and please understand I've started young for a reason. Thanks ,
