    Then pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90.


    Yes you can add PE to your training regimen, but make sure you are giving your penis at least 2 rest days a week, rest is very important for your penis to recover and grow bigger and stronger, unlike your regular workouts, in PE, less often means more!


    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

      Advise you you start a log in the Progress forum, so you can keep track; it helps if you need to consider changes.

        Welcome to the gym canerbigger!

        Some have stated that putting some time between your workouts and PE routine helps, but doing both shouldn't be a problem.

        My understanding is that the blood flow required for intense workouts can potentially cause some temporary turtling, which may make PE a bit difficult. So just space it out where they don't interfere with each other.
