    Does anyone know anything about regaining spontaneous erections? I used to get spontaneous erections every so often from driving my car on a bumpy road or maybe from movement during the day but I do not get them any more. They used to happen at random. I would like to get then again. If anyone can give me some help, advice or referral I would appreciate it very much.

    PE does help increase EQ and penile health, random erections are common positive PI sign, also regular and reverse kegels as well as quitting porn (if you watch it), and foreskin restoration!


    Pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90.

    Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!

    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    PE will increase the blood-flow to your groin and random erections are commonplace provided you do it right and watch the PI's. Start slow, build up gradually, always warm up/down and read the links MrB8 gave you and you won't go far wrong!

    Hello randyab! Welcome to the Gym.

    Yep, PE by itself will help with EQ, and in turn random erections. Also, a healthy diet and exercise promotes blood flow, which may also help.

    Start slow with PE, and have patience. Always keep safety in mind, and don't rush it. Good luck!

    Try to drink a gallon of water a day, I only get morning wood and spontaneous. Erections at peak hydration
