hey P.E familly , i'v been looking into p.e for a few weeks now and started jelqing a few days ago and am still trying to find the right thecnique ... woudn't want to harm my freind ... , so i decided after surfing on this forum for a while to register , my penis is 15cm long (6inches) and 14,5cm thick . sorry for the english i'm actually living in france and i'm not used to inches neither

Then pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90.
I commend you for your approach, safety always comes first!
Take it slow and learn how to do the exercises first, check the links in the navigation bar at the top of the page for more information and video demonstrations on how to perform the exercises.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

It is okay to take measurements in centimetres and millimetres if you wish, just remember to measure the same way each time so you don't cheat yourself. Starting a log in the Progress Forum may help you stay motivated and will help you find what works for you.

Hello shake-that B..., and welcome to the Gym. Glad to have you with us.
The right technique for you may not be the same as for someone else. The best thing to do is follow the advice above, and give yourself some time to just try it out. With a little bit of time and patience, you will find what is most comfortable, and effective.
The basic movements are the same, but a little customizing to fit you is what works best.
