Hi everyone, just here to tell you a bit about myself and ask a few questions. About two weeks ago i stumbled upon this website and I'm so glad that I did. I've just completed my first workout today after two weeks of researching and reading. The vast amount of blogs and success stories on here have motivated me to begin my PE journey and have shown me that with hard work, determination and patience this stuff really does work. My current penis size is sitting at 6 inches BPEL and 5.5 inches MEG. It's not small or anything but it's also not super impressive and I'm not totally happy with it. I've set my dream/long-term goal at 7 inches BPEL and 6 inches MEG, so i feel that a 1 inch gain in length and a 0.5 inch gain in girth is pretty achievable and not too optimistic. I know it could take a long time but I'm sort of hoping it wont take more than 2 years but i know it will be worth it in the end.
My plan is to start off with the JP90 routine and possibly make adjustments based on my PI's. I was researching the loss of tug theory also and came to a conclusion that length based exercises may be more beneficial for me so i'll be sure to take that into account. I'm planning on doing a 2 days on, 1 day off routine as I've gathered that generally the more rest the better for the penis to repair and grow etc.
I'm not really sure if masturbation/ejaculation negatively effects PE, some people seem to think it does and some don't, any opinions on this? After reading many success stories it seems like edging can be extremely beneficial to any PE program and from personal experience i know that edging can make my penis bigger for many hours after I've done it. It makes sense to me that maintaining an erection and edging after a PE session would fill the broken tissues with blood and cause expansion, I'm just not too sure how to integrate it into a workout. I'm not sure whether to do it before the warm down or after the warm down and some people seem to have removed warm downs entirely from their routines and instead replace it with edging. What should i do? After a little messing around with stretching it seems a little difficult especially when I'm almost completely flaccid. I need to grip a bit closer to the base otherwise I slide too far up and put pressure on the head. I think being uncircumcised makes it a bit harder? Is gripping near the base fine and also is a little pressure just below the glans alright as long as its not directly on the head?
