I just wanted to take a second to introduce myself. But first, I want to say thanks to all the great posts and info in this forum.
Over the years, I have developed the "turtling" effect. Looking for a solution, I stumbled onto this forum, as well as a few others. In May, I decided to buy a pump and give it a try. I purchased a Vacutech, rather than one of the cheapies at the neighborhood porn store. The first week, I took it slow and low, as I have repeatedly read from the pros. I immediately noticed several things. I suddenly felt rejuvenated down there. Way more sensitive. I also noticed that my "turtling" was pretty much gone.
Over the past months, I have grown a little in both length and girth. Although that was not my intention with experimenting with a pump, I actually like it and now want to increase my size.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Hey Alley Cat!
Welcome to the Gym.
Congratulations on you pumping gains. I have been hooked on pumping for over four years and just replaced my cylinder for the fourth time to increase the size.
Pumping and manual exercises are complimentary and further improve health and growth of your dick. I recommend starting with the JP90 beginner's routine.Valued Member of 11+ years at the PEGym12/'09 (start) NBP EL - 4.5, EG - 4.4
