    Hey guys new to this, girls like me but sex has always been my down point I'm fit an OK lookin but I'm about 4.5 -5 erect.     Gaining two inches in length is not unheard of, it is possible, but will probably take more than a year, when done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.

    There is a lot that you can improve besides size, start with the https://www.pegym.com/forums/womans-...women-sex.html and read through the forums for more info, its not the size of your penis that matters, but how you use it, how you treat your lady, and your confidence in yourself.

    Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!

    I recommend you first condition your penis by following a beginner's manual routine for at least 90 days or until you stop gaining - whichever comes last. Most members here start with JP90, and gain fine from it, being an intense beginner's routine, you may want to consider starting slow and gradually increase workload!



    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    Welcome to the gym Artfulking!

    You shouldn't let worrying about your size stop you from having fun and finding happiness.

    JP90 is a good place to start and will get you conditioned for things to come.

    Take some measurements including BPEL and MEG and use these as your starting point as they are considered the usable penis (its true length) and the most accurate way to measure gains against.

    Welcome to the Gym.

    A 2" increase on a 5" erect length is a 40% gain. Highly unlikely. A one inch gain would be more realistic. And even that would take a lot of hard work and dedication.

    You need to go into this with your eyes open and be willing to be patient, consistent, and be happy with slower than anticipated gains. In time, it is possible you will reach your goals.
