    I am a young guy who is a newbie to this, so please forgive me if I seem ignorent. I've been using the beginner program for just under 2 months now and I haven't seen any results. Was hoping some of you could steer me right or just clarify why this may be. I am 6" erect and am mainly in it for health benefits, but to gain some inches can't hurt. Thanks

    Then pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90.


    I commend your approach and desire to improve your health and EQ, size gains will come with time, just be patient.

    The first 3 months are for conditioning, while some may gain during that period, it is not a must for all.


    Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

    Welcome to the gym PE Strider. You already got some awesome links, don't forget to start a Log thread and keep track of your Physical indicators. Even though you might not have size gains, you should be starting to have a better Erection Quality and maybe some appearance changes on your flaccid.
    Maybe more veins or color changes to denote better blood flow, etc. All those are indicators that things are moving the right way. Also keep track of your grip, how tight it is, stuff like this will help you better decide what is and isn't working after your conditioning time is up. Happy Tuggin'

    I agree with the others, the info on PI's is your best guide to find if what you are doing is working. Whether you're looking for size gains, or just better health and EQ, following those clues will let you know.
