Hello, I am 25 years old that goes gym regularly which includes cardio. The past 2/3 years i have been having erection problems that heavily has an affect on me mentally. I 99.9% sure that its due to the persistent kegel exercise i use to do. Before i started seeing the problems i use to do a crazy amount of kegeling which very much worked. My erections were like an iron rod no exaggeration and had no problem rising for any occasion. over the course of a few years i feel i was overworking it and causing it damage. I recall slight pains on the left side of the tube which connects from the testicle to the penis when kegeling. I ignored the pain and thought "no pain no gain". slowly i started notice my penis dropping and it getting weaker up until last year were it went dead, it was lifeless. Now when i get an erection it is hard to maintain unlike before, the left side of my penis feels weak and i have been diagnosed with varicocele. i feel as though the doctors can't provide me with any help they put me on cialis but i later came off them after a month as i felt it wasn't helping me long term. I know i did damage to my penis can anyone provide some feedback?

to the Gym !
Performing only kegels or too many of them overworks your pelvic floor muscles and causes imbalance, you need to perform reverse kegels as well to bring back that balance, please take a look at the following threads for more information!

If you are interested in penis enlargement exercises for improved penile health and increased EQ as well as a size gains bonus, don't miss this thread!!
And if you haven't already done so, please https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...cess-here.html and focus on safety.
Then pick one of the manual beginner routines to follow for at least 90 days to condition your penis, most members here choose JP90.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Good to have you with us vegeta89. Welcome to the forums.
An overworked pelvic floor can be re-balanced, as MrB8 has indicated above.
Consider too though, that the concern of causing damage and weaker erections, along with the pain, could be mentally affecting your situation as well. As your situation got worse, your worries rose, which made it worse, and caused more worry, etc. Try and relax, and take it one step at a time.
If you feel your doctor is not addressing your concerns, then I'd say find another doctor.
Wishing you the best of luck.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

:welcome to the gym vegeta89!
You already have some good link and advice. Don't forget to start a progress log thread here Progress Forum to keep track of your Physiological indicators as you start to improve. i your case this will be very important as you do not want the negative PIs you are already experiencing to get worse.
