Well I've been a long time lurker and learner. The information here is great and I'm happy to to have started the JP90 Program last Wednesday (8/6/14). I've been fortunate and not received any complaints regarding size but
I have been struggling for several years with EQ. I don't find that acceptable at all being in my early 40s. Some of it was psychological and partly physiological (nutrition, weight gain, exercise, etc.).
So all of that said that I'm almost a week in and enjoying the routine and these forums. I've been focusing on my PI and Mental PE. I haven't measured yet as I wanted a good baseline (I'll measure this Wednesday - 7 days in) but I am enjoying the flaccid feel & look (I've always been a grower, not a shower). Not being in a relationship right now is a plus and I definitely plan on informing the next woman about my penis health program.
Now, let the improvements begin!

Congrats on starting your PE journey with JP90!
When done correctly, PE will greatly improve your penile health and increase your EQ, in addition to size gains, but you need to be consistent, patient and persistent, please do as much research as you can, ask questions, follow safety and exercise instructions carefully and remember that PE is a long term process, don't rush it up.
Starting a journal in the progress forum is a good idea, to track your progress and get feedback, also for motivation!
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Lots of good information in the previous posts.
My suggestion would be to lake pictures of your starting measurements to be used as a base line. Gains come slowly and, accordingly, most guys can not visualize that their dick has actually gotten bigger. A picture comparison will allow you to prove to yourself that your dick had indeed gotten bigger.
