I started in jelqing over 5 years ago, actually on my own. I instinctively thought it would be a good idea, then I found that there was a whole network that was into this. I made the mistake of not measuring before I started. Somehow it just didn't seem that important. I'm certain however that I must have added an inch and more overall, a little over 6.25 at the moment. More important than length however is the increased vigor and durability and thickness of the organ. There were times when I was diligent for weeks at a time and then would lay off for months. Been more regular the past 6 months or so. At 74, and with a partner 18 younger than myself, the exercise has caused me to be much more vigorous and hard. If nothing else jelqing several hours before playing really assures a good erection. The effect lasts for days afterwards. I'd say it's better now than several years ago.
I also think diet is very important. Don't over-do the sugars and meat and of course smoking is out of the question. I hear that certain supplements help with erection and libido but I've never seen them to work for me. If you're thinking of trying Yohimbe, be very careful. It will lower your blood pressure to a dangerous level, depending on the dose. Scared hell out of me. Work on overall general health. I'm also leary of testosterone shots. If you're low in it, you're likely not taking care of yourself (usually diet) and not getting enough rest and exercise.
